1 banana, fresh or frozen
1 kiwifruit, fresh or frozen
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup almonds (preferably soaked overnight or for at least an hour. Soaked almonds can be kept in the fridge for a week after they’re drained)
½ cup apple juice (or any other liquid) – more to taste

Blend. Consume.
